• Duration : through end of year, with potential extensions thereafter* Location : Remote* Schedule : 40 hours, Monday-Friday following EST / CST zones*What’s a typical day as a HR Consultant III? You will : *
• Assist in coordinating Corporate Citizenship and Client's Foundation activities, including volunteerism and BLP Community Service
• Manage Hub Grants
• Manage Employee Matching Gift programo serve as primary contact for the ELT and Boardo review and process all matching gifts requests monthly and as neededo serve as liaison between YourCause and the Government Affairs team on the PAC Match program
• Manage Children of Employees Scholarship Program
• Manage Employee Assistance Fund
• Manage donations and payment processes for Corporate Citizenship and Client's Foundation
• Manage relationships with vendors, including YourCause, Scholarship America, Employee Assistance Foundation, Wells Fargo and Morgan Stanley
• Be the SCRUM Master for the DI Citizenship Workstream team
• Assist with Education as an Equalizer program, specifically playing a key role on the financial education team*This job might be an outstanding fit if you have : Minimum of 3 years of Corporate Citizenship, Philanthropy or Corporate Social Responsibility.
• 3 or more years of progressively responsible experience with a professional corporate citizenship focus.* Excellent planning skills.
• Project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage annual work plans and budgets, and coordinate with internal and external clients.
